"The rooms were clean, good breakfast. The housekeeping service staff need some training, perhaps with written instructions as a list of things to do. It was a bit of a hit and miss service. Good location about 15 min easy walk to the port. The Albanian people were very nice. It is a family run hotel and the season is a bit early so few improvements going on. Overall excellent place to stay in Saranda."

"The guesthouse is not accessible by road and we were notified about it 1 day before travel (when we told the owner about it afterwards they said we should have known based on Google Maps and description of it being under the castle, I wonder who would check accessibility for a hotel you plan on staying in?). We first thought we might be able to manage taking our suitcases up, but the distance from road to guesthouse is long and steep and impractical for anyone with large bags. It perhaps works...

"The accommodation was pleasant, with a balcony and AC. It was a bit small, but that wasn't really an issue. Overall, it was clean, even the bathroom! However, there were a few hairs in some spots and a little dust in one corner, but nothing significant. However, the address listed on this app (Hotels.com) wasn’t entirely accurate, as it suggested the place was right in the middle of the city’s hustle and bustle. In reality, the accommodation is about an 8-minute uphill walk from the city center....

"The stuf of reception are very nice and helpful, appartment is below expectation, mo AC in bed room , bed uncomfortable, pilows are very hard, in general below expectation, no breakfast ,no services "
