This facility is very dated and in need of upgrades and repairs, and offers no amenities, reflective of the low cost vs several chains in the area. Easy, convenient walking distance from Proctors Theatre. Easy check-in, friendly staff, ample parking.

I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel. As I was leaving my room another guest stood out side there door and just watched me. The employees there are very kind but the people this motel attracts is sketchy.
