"We returned to this hotel after it had be renovated. We were there during the reno before. The front desk staff were super friendly and were very welcoming. I had to ask one of the cleaning staff for an extra towel and she was very kind and helpful. This hotel is at the end of the shopping area right across the street from the Sam’s! The pool looked very nice even though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was great. Lots of selection and the area was very clean. We would definitely book...

"The room was disgusting, we discovered a roach in the bathroom , the phone wasn’t working so they ended up switching rooms for us. The other room tub was dirty , had hair everywhere & the microwave wasn’t cleaned either. "

"Wonderful hotel with great staff. The room was spacious and very clean"

"Rooms needs updates carpet old worn, couch from 70"s,wood doors were scratched and worn , water in bathroom very low pressure. Tub grout old discolored, tub needs reglazing. Breakfast not what expected, not enough for all guess. Refrigerator in room very loud, if you are light sleeper you will be up all night. I hated my room view was a cemetery! Ice machine only on first floor,all other floors out of order. Non refundable room will never stay there again."

"Everything was excellent...parking lot had construction going on not a problem to me ....room was clean and well worth it... everything was clean to my standards....I would love to stay again in the future "

"Was given an itinerary and receipt indicating my credit card was charged for 5 rooms. Arrived at hotel a little after 1AM to check in and I was told that my rooms had been double booked to someone else. No refund, a too bad about your luck attitude. Dispute filed with my credit card / Bank. "

"Staff was really nice but the non smoking rooms still smell like smoke, the shower head was broken, there was rust in the bathroom, and the walls in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I also found a cockroach. 😖"

"This room had roaches crawling around i checked out with in an hour ....did company ask you for a refund on room because i asked and she told me that third will refund me ...."
