"Todo estaba limpio el cuarto super como. Pero nose si hay habitaciones para fumadores tambien que se sentia olor a cigarrillo por todo el hotel. Al cuarto no le funcionaba el tv y nos enteramos el mismo dia . Aunque los empleados eran muy serviciales nadie hablaba español que es una falla porque podiamos a verle comentado lo del olor pero al no podernos comunicar bien con ellos no lo hicimos. "This was extreme false advertisement! The photos of the rooms are not the rooms and they say that they have breakfast they do not at best they have free coffee and that's it. They don't have an ice machine that works they don't have a soda machine that works and there were no amenities. "My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....
