It is a lovely new hotel with very modern rooms and facilities; lots of timber, earthy tones and beautiful feature plants. The immaculate indoor pool, sauna and steam room were very much appreciated on the cooler rainy days. The reception and concierge staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not fault our stay at Hotel 1 and will stay there again when we next visit Melbourne."
