I asked to cancel my booking that I used rhru a 3rd party and I was told they would not help me and that it was my problem. "We were picked up from the airport and we had a very friendly woman pick us up! I believe she said she was a manager and she was very nice and extremely helpful! The check in was quick and we were greeted by Stephanie who was very friendly! Overall we had a great stay and the hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. You don't find that much anymore and I will recommend everyone to stay at here!!!!!!"

"This property is disgusting, and actually kind of scary. Shady looking characters outside, a very run down building, and the pictures should speak for themselves as to what I saw when I checked in. I left the property and went to the Country Inn. Still haven't been refunded."

"We stayed here two years ago and loved it. The pool is so fun for my Grandkids. It has a large shallow area that is perfect with a couple of slides. I think two years ago was the last time it was cleaned. The amount of pool scum on the sides, the slides in the hot tub and in the bottom of the pool is very concerning. Not once did I see them clean. About the cleanliness, they no longer will clean your room for your stay. Only every other day. Since when! I stay in a hotel to get my bed made,...

"The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...

The sheets were all rumpled and there was a long dark hair in the bed when I pulled the cover back - there was also a mark on the outer cover as though something had been spilled. Bathroom was clean, shower a bit temperamental and air con noisy. Good breakfast and convenient location but disappointed in the stay."
