"A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. "

"A couple tried to get into my room and there was no hot water in the morning to shower. Had to go to my meeting without a shower. Dropped my confidence a bit and made my whole day uncomfortable."

"Convenient to the Moda center, it’s an easy walk before and after a concert, that’s why we stay here several times a year. It isn’t the cleanest, but the staff is wonderful and really the location makes it very convenient for us."

"The hotel building itself wasn’t bad but the property and surrounding area was scary. Homeless people everywhere. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. When we pulled in the first thing I saw was a large homeless population and security guards wondering the property during the day which can give you an idea of what the crime rate in the area is. "Don't look at the pictures online and think "that doesn't look so bad". It's awful. They put a piece of tape on your key card and write your room number on it. There's people living in this place that shouldn't be. No amenities. Parking is $20. They don't tell you that. I moved rooms 3 TIMES because the tv's didn't work. Carpets in every room have huge stains. Bathrooms are from the 70's. They have old surge protectors everywhere just hanging. The worst place I've stayed at in...

"We really enjoyed our stay. My teenage daughter suggested a hot tub, but other than that, it was great. Selfishly, I would love the continental breakfast to be available sooner 6am would be great. "

"The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there"
