"This place is as dark as a cave so if you stay here bring a headlamp. If you like 'quaint' places, this is for you. If you like well lit places, where you don't have to guess what they may be hiding with dark carpet and holiday bulb lighting, stay somewhere else. Sure the bar and onsite restaurant are convenient but no coffee maker in room and room the size of a broom closet don't make up for that. I applaud repurposing old buildings but please make them a bit more up to date."

"Room was spacious, clean, and looked nice. The hotel is near a ton of great food and coffee spots. Overall, experience was great. You will need to pay extra to use any of the spa, pools, or sauna. There is a nearby parking available for an extra charge too, but it was very convenient to have that close by."

"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve rented from this establishment twice and loved it. One king room bed was so comfy and plenty of space to walk around. One double queen room beds were comy but the actual space was a lil tight. Noise level was very nice."

"Convenient near the Max and a streetcar stop with restaurant, pool and hot tub. Self parking available for a fee and fairly nice rooms. Good for families!"

"Their WiFi is the worst that I have ever seen. I spent half hour writing a very important email and the WiFi was too slow to save the draft. The whole email was gone when the page refreshed. Nowadays in 2026 right next to the convention center, just can not believe it!"

"On the outside this motel is falling apart, but the room was really nice inside, and I would return!"

"Parking is an additional $10 per day. Did not notice this online when making the reservation. Next time I am in Portland I will stay further from the airport to avoid extra parking charges. Some minor issues with maintenance and cleaning. Dusty window sill, nothing extreme."

"A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. "
