"Love the outdoor heated pool and hottub. Fire alarm at 5am was not appreciated but stuff happens"

"Breakfast not good, because not change everyday "

"Everything was great"

"The only complaint I have is that I had to pay $50 deposit for incidentals and its been over a week and they haven't credited my account yet."

"The hotel room was clean and"

"The pool was warm and the Halloween experience in the lobby was hot."

"The location is just off of I-25 so on a weekend night it gets loud because of the cars revving their engines also maybe because its directly across the street from a strip joint. The room didnt have curtains just a sunshade so im thinking thats why the noise was very audible. The waffle machine was not working but the other breakfast options were still good. I probably wouldnt stay again on a weekend."

"A very comfortable hotel( a bit out of the way- near courts, law offices, other hotels but a distance from Old Albuquerque). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the close to an hr. wait we had for the hotel airport shuttle to pick us up ( after being told 20-25 mins.). I'd advise checking on that amenity if you plan to stay. Their online comments say it is not always available."

"Clean room great staff"

"Rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Also breakfast was pretty good."

"Hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. Property as well as the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Heating/cooling was also comfortable. I would have preferred hotter water for my morning shower. Overall, it was an okay experience."

"Everything was perfect."
