"We "happened" on this hotel because it was the location that marked the beginning of our trip! I would gladly stay here again. Although it appears to be an American style hotel, it was an amazing European stay. Although a different location in the city from our other Madrid hotel, it too was a great area and easily walkable for food/drinks/entertainment/shopping.
The staff welcomed us with smiling, kind, funny, pleasant personalities and were extremely accommodating and professional."

"The property location was great. It was very easy to get around the city being in the center of everything . For check in there was some confusion, the was supposed to be a form emailed to me for me to fill out regarding occupancy information but never received it. The lady was not very accommodating for the simple face she would not let us check in early because she did not receive the form. "The room was not very clean. It had dirt on the bathroom sink and hair on the bed. I had paid for my breakfast via Expedia and when we went to eat breakfast I was turned away until they were able to reclarify with the front desk. One morning, I set up my own table for breakfast as there was a delay in clearing the tables for the next group of people. "
