"We just got back from a lovely relaxing stay at the muse guesthouse. Myself and wife spent 2 nights here and was so well looked after, we was greeted at arrival with a glass of Sangria and snacks. Tea ,Coffee and beverages available all day, Breakfast very nice and plenty of it, sets you up for most of the day, Being British they even made me a very tasty full English breakfast. We visited the Harley Davidson museum and downtown Milwaukee ,lots of shops ,restaurants and bars, really enjoyed...

"Chair in room was sticky and worn. Needs replacing. Had the air turned down to 62 just to get it to work. More attention to detail needed. Powdered eggs just so so. Went out to eat. Better food outside hotel. If Marriott is going to say free internet it should be just that. I went around ave around getting pushed to the Bonvoy sure to join. This is nonsense. I want a simple sign in without all this hassle."

"We stayed during a peak period and the cost was very overpriced. Nice place but not worth the $400 a night. Unfortunately, this happens during peak but it would have nice if they through in free parking or breakfast for the cost differential. Other than that, I liked the property and the staff was excellent."

"Beautiful lobby, patio, and rooms. The studio was spacious with a nice view, comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom. The temp control worked, a call for maintenance for a small rattle noise was answered within 20 minutes. The lobby had a fabulous smell that I would like to bottle. A nice gift shop that was open all the time. The restaurant staff was very friendly. I loved staying here. Parking was expensive but handy."

"I was charged twice on my credit card for the same stay. The duplicate charge caused significant financial hardship during my vacation by reducing the funds I had budgeted for my trip, including my entertainment and gambling budget for the week. This billing error disrupted my vacation, caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and prevented me from enjoying the trip as planned. I request that the duplicate charge be refunded immediately and that this matter be resolved promptly. Still...

"Super clean, modern design room. Short walk to the Target stadium to catch a game. The breakfast included ham and sliced cheese so we made sandwiches to go. Parking is outdoor just across the driveway for $30 a day."

"The valet parking is $45/day. You can self park a block away in the parking garage for $30. There is limited street parking for $2.50/hour with a 2 hour limit 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. Saturday street parking is free for 2 hour increments. No restrictions on Sunday. Our rooms were not ready at check-in. No fresh towels for a 3 day stay."

"The room was not cleaned unless we called and asked however everything about this hotel was fantastic! The staff was super helpful and so friendly! Now that I know to call for cleaning would stay again."

"Right across from airport. Quite a few options for cafes. Hotel appears to be newly renovated as it smelled of fresh paint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with our TV and immediately came up to the room to fix it. Hotel is not close to Riverwalk or downtown areas so will need to drive to them."

"This hotel is quite expensive, but the service was surprisingly stingy. We asked for just one extra bottle of water, and the staff refused. For the price we paid, such a small courtesy should not have been an issue. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and denying something as simple as an extra bottle of water left a very poor impression. I expected much better service from a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again."
