Phí

Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:

  • Sẽ thu thuế do chính quyền địa phương quy định tại nơi lưu trú. Giảm 50% thuế này sau đêm lưu trú thứ 8 và miễn giảm thuế với trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi. Có thể miễn hoặc giảm thuế cho một số khách. Để biết thêm chi tiết, vui lòng liên hệ nơi lưu trú qua thông tin liên lạc được cung cấp trong xác nhận đặt phòng.
  • Thuế do thành phố quy định: Từ 1 Tháng Mười Một - 30 Tháng Tư, 1.10 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm, tối đa 9 đêm và 0.55 EUR mỗi đêm tiếp theo. Thuế này không áp dụng cho trẻ dưới 16 tuổi.
  • Thuế do thành phố quy định: Từ 1 Tháng Năm - 31 Tháng Mười, 4.40 EUR mỗi người, mỗi đêm, tối đa 9 đêm và 2.20 EUR mỗi đêm sau đó. Thuế này không áp dụng cho trẻ dưới 16 tuổi.

The hotel and the surrounding area are lovely. There is a real mosquito issue but if you've got your spray to hand then you should be ok?

Food was really good for an all-inclusive resort, very fresh and varied. Nice room size, clean and everything we needed. Our room view wasn’t the best but someone’s got to have that side I guess. Good value for money. Hotel has a great location, with a lovely view of the lake and only 5 mins walk from the beautiful beach. Also only 10mins in a taxi to Alcúdia port, which is lovely. Evening entertainment was ok, some evenings better than others. Staff helpful and polite. A great resort to go to with children, ours loved it 😃

Die Appartement sind zweckmässig und schön. Sehr gute Betten (Matrazen). Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist ok.Könnte ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung haben, ansonsten gut.

Estancia perfecta

Hemos estado muy agusto en este Hotel. La mayoría de clientes eran alemanes pero eso no ha impedido que pudiésemos participar en cualquier actividad y las niñas disfrutaron muchísimo.. Destacar el personal de animación (Flavio y Fabio) y las camareras del buffet. Siempre tenían una sonrisa para nosotros. La limpieza de la habitación también es más que correcta.

Rigtig fint hotel med en god pool, god underholdning til børn i løbet af dagen/aftenen og for voksene også forskellige shows om aftenen. Boede i premium apartment med rigtig god plads. Fin all inclusive buffet med forskellige temaer hver aften. Meget kort til stranden hvor der kan lejes strandstole.

Très agréable hôtel pour un séjour en famille

Agréable séjour d’une semaine, au mois d’août, au VIva Eden Lago, avec un enfant de 5 ans. Hôtel à taille humaine par rapport à certains grands complexes hôteliers de Majorque, globalement en très bon état. Toutes les installations sont d’une propreté impeccable. Beaucoup de monde, bien sûr, et guerre pour les transats, mais cela reste acceptable. Séjour en appartement « premium » , récemment rénové, proposant tout le confort attendu (cuisinette, sdb agréable, etc.) et disposant d’une chambre séparée. Nous étions informés par des avis qu’il était préférable de choisir une chambre côté lac pour être au calme (animations autour de la piscine). Pas de problème de bruit pour nous. En formule all inclusive, buffets globalement assez variés et de bonne qualité. Personnel hôtelier et équipe d’animation du mini club d’une grande gentillesse et très attentifs avec les enfants. Tout est fait pour leur donner le sourire (activités, danse tous les soirs, etc.). Spectacles sympa (pr parents et enfants). Clientèle allemande très majoritaire et Français peu usité, mais les animateurs arrivent à communiquer avec les petits Français. Plage à 300 m belle (eau turquoise) et propre, qui fait oublier les environs quelconques et très urbanisés. Bref, une adresse très recommandable pour un séjour dans une ambiance familiale et dans un lieu où les enfants sont à la fête... Quelques points d’amélioration, dont le wifi, vite saturé et... le fromage , pas fait pour des palais français. ;)

Det var er fint hotel men man kunne godt se at det er slidt. Selvom vi tjekkede ind to timer efter tiden, skulle vi stadig vente på værelset. Maden var ok dog meget det samme.

Bonne qualité prix

Cet hôtel tout inclus est bien adapté pour la famille, mais aussi pour les couples qui ne veulent pas s'embarrasser de chercher des restos tous les jours. Il est très proche de la plage d'Alcucia et offre une piscine très bien entretenue. Par contre, le prix peut varier fortement selon les saisons, ce qui rend l'évaluation de qualité/prix variable. Pour ceux qui ont une voiture, il vaut la peine de réserver cet hôtel pour plusieurs jours, voire une semaine. Il est à proximité de plusieurs sites d'intérêt.

nice stay, great staff

The hotel is in a great location - the view of the lake is really nice and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms feel a bit old, but are very clean. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. The staff is amazing. They are professional, interactive and fun. Overall the hotel looks great for families - lots of kids activities, pool closes by 6pm and it stays pretty quiet after 10pm - but as a couple we still enjoyed ourselves. the food was great and the bar poured nice drinks

The food was terrible, similar food every day, not catered for English cuisine. Had to eat pizza an chips twice a day for 7 days. The food was Luke warm or cold. This did spoil our holiday as was hungry a lot of the time, unless we went out and bought food or snacks. Staff were very friendly. however the room we stayed in certainly was not a 4 star room. Very small an basic.

Choose your room selection carefully

Great family fun all inclusive resort with all meals, alcohol and entertainment provided. Location is the best aspect - 3 min walk to beautiful Alcudia beach. Do take care when you book your room as most of the studios have "two single beds" which are in fact two tiny tiny single sofa beds suitable for kids size only. The double bed studio is a much better option. Staff were very unhelpful when I asked to extend my stay, they had 2 free rooms but for some reason couldn't book me into it until the day I was to originally check out (by which point I had to have made other arrangements). In general, the hotel is quite dated and the staff were pretty useless but for price and location it's a great deal.

Was a great hotel for a short stay

Eden lago is a great hotel, staff were amazing .. Couldn't do enough for you, free wifi was brilliant, free towels for by the pool but you struggle to get a sunbed!! The hotel is very clean and food is great, the only downside was beds .. Not very comfy and had to push together to make a double! It's smaller than the photos too but overall was lovely and I could have stayed a little longer

établissement bien situé

séjour prévu pour un dépaysement coté ibérique.Hélas nous nous sommes retrouvé en Allemagne (99% des résidents)+ télé +information et animation en allemand. Les agences de voyages devraient le stipuler. Heureusement nous avions prévu la location d'un véhicule pour la semaine ce qui nous a permis de passer des journées hors hôtel et de visiter cette belle région de Majorque et ses petit villages et d’échanger avec les autochtones.

Guter Blick über den Lago

Zimmer sind sehr klein mit unbequemen Betten ( 80 cm breit und mit Holz umrahmt an drei Seiten ). Behelfsmäßige Kochgelenheit, die sehr abgeranzt war. Abendanimation war so laut, dass man vor Ende nicht schlafen konnte. Außerdem nicht sehenswert. Das Essen war einfaltslos und nicht schmackhaft.
