"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. "Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. "King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat.
