Staff gave a lovely warm welcome. Ollie and Will ran the bar with excellent customer service skills. Room was nice and spacious with plenty of toiletries etc and nice fluffy towels. Spa was disappointing, only has a steam room and a sauna, had expected more rooms after such a major refuribshment/investment. ...

Bedroom was clean but needed some maintenance. Disappointing stay for the amount of money. Buffet breakfast not upto our usual stranded. No hash brown. No mushrooms. Extra charge for car parking which is not noted on the website! Ridiculous price at £20 per night. Definitely wouldn't stay again. ...
