"Clean room, staff most likely will greet acknowledge your presence, several outdoor pools plus a waterpark, dining buffet is a must. Been there twice and will return. Laundry service also available. Pit falls were the shower would leak over the tub, dishes /beer bottles left at pool side from the day before."

"The staff are awesome, and the breakfast is great coz it has the fusion of Filipino and American serving. The kids enjoyed the water park and game room. "

"The room was clean, staff helpful and courteous, ample parking. Friday through Sunday loud music from the bar above until 2am. Other nights parties can be heard up to 8pm. A convenience store on the property was a plus. TV was is a foreign language that couldn’t be changed in the menu. Location was in a remote area. Taxis and trikes had a hard time finding the place."

"Water supply to the room was very limited and weak. You had to hold the shower knob for a good while to allow water to travel up the pipe and have enough back pressure to keep the shower on. When any other water (sink, toilet, etc) was turned on , shower stopped. Only enough water for one usage source. Toilet would not flush , without opening tank and manually pushing down on mechanism inside. Mildew was severe around base of toilet, shower grout and tile grout in spots on bathroom...

"the breakfast was amazing. one room booked on the 7th floor had a distinctive odor like urine in the bathroom.. the food was okay at the rooftop, drinks were not that great the pool was great. the stafff amazing and friendly im not sure if ill book again..but they were all nice. just didnt think it was clean."

"This is a very nice hotel. We had a room with a great view! Overall, we enjoyed this hotel and our room. There were some issues, but relatively minor. Water flushing at toilet was not strong enough. It took a long time to get the room cool the first day. There was a Pan Asia festival going on at time, so number of people in hotel was crazy at times. Also, traffic in and out of area was crazy busy!"

"Really nice hotel. Staff was great especially Cherry & Arial. Room was super clean and bed comfy. Nice bathroom with hot water. Wifi was good. Breakfast was great and so was room service. The only thing lackkng was the hotel rooms did not have refrigerators. Loved the stay & will stay here again."

"部屋は綺麗だが設備のメンテナンスの問題かエアコンの汗臭さが時間帯によって気分が悪くなるほどかなりきつかった。ホテルと繋がったAyalaモールにレストランやカフェがいくつかあり便利でおいしかった。低層階だったが外の騒音は気にならないが、上のフロアの足音は少し気になります。シャワーの水圧と温かいお湯は問題ないです。"

"Very very noisy! I had to call down 3 times before I was taken seriously as there was banging, door slamming, arguing starting from 8pm -3 am. Despite calling I do not feel I was taken seriously. Also felt unsafe."

"Awesome stay no doubt . The staff is wonderful and there is places in walking distance for food and shopping. Shuttle from the Airport and back is a plus . The Breakfest is very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel 😊"
