"Pros: Great and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Our room is cleaned well. There is an in-house guest shuttle service going to and from Pueblo Verde Outlets and SM Seaside. Cons: Check-in process takes awhile but the check out is easy. Some areas like outdoor’s big round table needs repair. You can see the wrinkling of the wood from being wet."

"I was deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality and professional service provided by all the staff, led by Glen. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel was clean & well-maintained thoroughly satisfied. There was a small mixup for the Airport pickup, in which Glen quickly set right by providing shuttle service back for our departure flight.
