"This is the worst hotel I ever experienced. Rooms with molds/Beds had bugs on them.
Staff extremely unprofessional/ careless. Could not accommodate us with other rooms after reporting rooms conditions. End up leaving this place and booked another hotel in the area in the middle of the night. What of horrible experience."

"The hotel is stunning and the staff that were in the evening of June 25 2026 were amazing.
Why did I give the experience a 3 and the property and staff a 5 is because the air conditioning chose to not work and it averaged 26C in the room The main problem was the fact we could literally never get in our room. Our keys didn’t work and the staff even had issues where the master key didn’t want to work to let us in, and at one point, we struggled to get out. The wonderful staff happily kept...

"Wanted something close to the airport for an early flight. Room had a queen bed and a twin which was great for my son. They have a free airport shuttle which was great. Separately, Staff helped us call a taxi with a child seat, which was helpful. Located in an industrial area so there’s not much in walking distance. Worked for what we needed."
