"I never like to put down a place that's "trying". This location is on the water and very close to all activities (downtown) so that's a plus. The office was very responsive to needs/problems ... and friendly. Price was a bit high to us, but maybe not for this location. The unit (attached cabin) was NOT spectacular. Lots could be improved. If you have the money ... stay elsewhere. If not, this is a good base for seaway cruises, etc."

"Clayton is busy but when you turn down into this property, it's like you stepped out of the hectic town. Beautiful setting you can rent a cottage or you can rent the motel there's a center area for a fire pit plenty of grills if you want to grill your own food stairs that go down to the river. Also a wonderful swimming pool you don't have a choice but to relax. Personally I felt safe because I was alone"
