"My best friend and I stayed at Hotel AKA Alexandria over Memorial Day weekend, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The amenities were excellent, and every staff member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and attentive.
One feature we especially appreciated was the valet parking. While there is a fee, the convenience was well worth it and made our stay much easier. The location was another major highlight. We loved being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which allowed us to leave the car behind and simply enjoy exploring the area on foot. The hotel was also centrally located to all of the activities we had planned throughout the weekend.
A special thank you to Amarri, Isaiah, Nigel, and Marvin and Viktor who was the newest bartender to join the hotel during our stay. Their outstanding customer service truly elevated our stay. They were friendly, helpful, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and welcome throughout our visit.
