"For the cost and the location of the strip, Good. Bed was comfortable but small, two full size beds. The room was dusty, lamps and tops of beds weren’t dusted. Bathroom was rusty, full of hard water spots, shower and sink didn’t drain well in 8th floor. The bathroom had damage to the walls due to water leaks and wasn’t repaired. The calcifications made it feel dingy. No bath mat, glad I brought flip flops! Oh and the lights went out from one night to next morning in the bathroom. We had to reset...

"The hotel staff and room service food were excellent! The room was clean and comfortable but the bed was too firm. Lots of street noise and noisy in hallways late at night so it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. Strong smoke smell from the casino as soon as you get on/off the elevator. Self parking easy and convenient."

"Poor customer service, wait time for the elevators was unacceptable, air conditioning in the room was trash, and be prepared to pay one nights security charge for each room you book. This is after you have paid for your rooms. Most hotels charge $50-$100 but this spot charges an entire one night stay rate as security deposit. This hotel should be rated a lot lower and I will never ever stay here again! "

"The Wynn was great. Nice big rooms, great location near shopping and dinning."

"The room was fantastic; however, the check-in and parking were a nightmare. Super crowded parking lot and lack of signage caused us to park in the wrong lot, and once we found the check-in area, there was a long line. We waited at least 30 minutes. The staff was helpful and friendly and once we arrived at our room, all was better. The room was really nice! "

"Booked hotel and flight for a concert and really enjoyed my stay in the newest tower at Strat. The pool is really nice and the view from the top was spectacular! I would like to see better hours for the free shuttle service and maybe to other locations as Strat is further down on the strip. Overall a great fun trip and place to stay!"
