"Cozy inn. Very comfortable bed. Bath is very nice wit double sinks and deep tub. Bedroom is very small but it has a small fridge and a sofa. Our bathroom not negative is that it’s hard to find even after being there a few days. The sign and driveway are tucked into foliage and the street traffic is moving along and you must come to a dead stop. Even so I would stay here again. The innkeeper was lovely and very helpful and accommodating!"

"This is a truly unique destination - calm, beautifu, quiet. The staff were enormously friendly and helpful. The Inn is absolutely gorgeous! Our room had excellent views of the water and the sunrise/sunset. The campfire pit is beautiful and easy to manage, the nightly s'mores are a wonderful touch! Breakfast was sumptuous and of outstanding quality. Perfect for a romantic getaway (such as ours) or for families with children (as for other guests). The nearby beaches were wonderful. "This hotel is a true gem. Tucked away in a quiet spot, with a shopping center and restaurants nearby. Conveniently located to explore the area from Newport, RI to Cape Cod. Our room was spacious and comfortable; breakfast was better than most, with hot and cold options that slightly varied from day to day. Staff was nothing but nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This is a great property, very well located in Falmouth. We had a short stay to catch the Island Queen to Marthas Vineyard ( a few minutes walk away ). The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was good. We didn't use the pool. A few minutes walk to shops and restaurants."
