The hotel is literally located on the beach. The location is fantastic and very close to all the luxury restaurants and walking bays. The staff are extremely professional, polite, and helpful , always with a smile. The breakfast is varied, fresh, and satisfies all the tastes. And the staff very friendly. Thanks for Mr. Emad at the reception and all the Team for warming welcome.

This is best hotel in Alexandria, service , up keep, attention to detail. The Staff from Front office, Bellmen, housekeeping, room service go beyond service expectations, always looking for ways to make sure you have your needs met. Staff were brilliant especially Nesma. Food options were limited. The problem with the resort was the music at night going on to 3 am. We changed rooms kindly sorted out by the management, but there was still noise resounding around the resort. Not recommended for people who want a good nights sleep.

This hotel offers a true resort experience right in the city — the perfect balance between sightseeing and relaxation. It was so easy to explore Alexandria and still unwind with the beach, pools, and a great breakfast. Special kudos to the incredibly sweet and welcoming staff who were always checking in to see if we needed anything. A perfect stay all around!

Beautiful location, right on the beach and amazing sunsets! The hotel is very noisy though with loud music playing until 2am and kids playing and screaming in the corridors outside the rooms until very late! Staff and front desk and room service all nice and professional and safe and everything but some of the rules don’t make since like not able to use my personal camera they said the policy don’t accept that I can bring in my camera to my room and everything but not able to use my personal camera but they said I can use my phone camera and everything but not my personal camera wich is the same thing but everything else is perfect and professional.
