Staff is very good,the problems is:bed not comfortable,room has water smells not good, Louby disappears behind the a huge columns, Louby has smoking smell,so you can’t setting to drink coffee or to talk with your family and friends, They allowed to smoke inside the hotel it’s bad behavior.hotel lies on rush area always crowdy, Near mosque.no hair drayer (they said you have to ask),there’s no iron,no creamer for coffee.

I received excellent service upon arrival to departure. Respect was shown to me as a independent female and not a second class person. The suite was large and very quiet. I picked this hotel after leaving the horrible Hilton Cornish Thank you Grand Plaza

I loved everything. From the staff, rooms, walkin showers, snd thr shopping msll beside the hotel. It had everything from restaurant's to shopping. Amusments, cinemas etc.. A great hotel loved it, a very trusted hotel.. very safe, housekeeping was hygienic. A wonderful.experience. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN. Mr Mohammed and guest relations Ms Nadine were soooo helpful..

The staff were helpful and nice, they sorted us twin rooms instead of doubles (I made an error when booking) but the rooms could have been cleaner and the shower took a long time to drain. Our room was right by the mosque so was loud in the evening but it didn’t wake us up for morning prayers - although reminders do need to be made to other guests about noise as our room was right by the lifts and I was woken by kids running about and shouting whilst waiting for the lift at 00:48!! Evening dinner options were limited, the buffet meal isn’t worth the 650le but room service was a lot more reasonable but check the ingredients of the food as not all mentioned on the menu. Breakfast was good and the WiFi generally worked well throughout the hotel and rooms. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4* hotel though.

Firstly, I want to thank, Nafine, Mr. Mohammed.. Thank you for the quick check-in. I am very impressed with this hotel, that's the reason I keep coming back! I would highly recommend this hotel for first and foremost safety and the dining especially the lounge on the first floor that lounge is better than VIP lounges I've come across, a nice quiet getaway.. The staff are absolutely great, the food is brilliant excellent location. And a beautiful Mosque beside the hotel, it's fascinating to see the work of this mosque, really impressive! The Gym is another bonus. Hygiene is up to date..! Great environment especially for business trips and families! I would definitely come back.. Without doubt. Thank you staff for making my trip more awesome. I would give this hotel a 5 star

I really want to take time out and share my review on this hotel. A great Thank you, to Ms. Nadine and Mr. Mohammed. This is a brilliant hotel we visit it often, because of the hospitality... I definitely would reccommend this hotel to others, the walk in showers to the comfy beds, brilliantly clean, white bed sheets, excellent service brilliant breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is very clean up to standards. Brilliant hygiene, excellent staff, especially Ms. Nadine (guest relations)... she took care of all our needs. Nearby, there is a huge mall full of restaurants, cinema, funfair, supermarket etc, its huge. Brilliant location. A great thank you, to all the staff. I Surely will return. Thank you, for the lovely cake sent to my room, I appreciated that. Fruit is given complimentry to all guest.. this hotel takes care of the smallest needs, its a matter of just asking! I would highly recommend this hotel

This hotel was a saving-grace!

This hotel was a saving-grace for me as I was originally staying at the Amwaj Hotel nowhere near Alexandria and that was awful. This hotel is in a great location in Alexandria, next to the Green Plaza complex. It felt very safe, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable.

perfect hotel experience

Hello, my reservation was for August 5th-11th, but I arrived late, and that wasn't a problem. I was hesitant when I chose this hotel. But throughout my stay, I realized I made the right choice. The reception staff were very friendly and understanding, and they helped me with everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and everything in the room was exactly as pictured. The room was cleaned daily, with new towels and toiletries daily, and a clean bed made. So, I'd like to thank all the hotel staff. They were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my second visit. Thank you for everything.
