"Everything I could have asked for. Everyone on staff was so nice. I was able to check in 5 hours early bc my room was ready and was offered breakfast that day bc the buffet was still going! Neither was expected but super appreciated after early flight. Location was ideal- it was 5-10 minute walk to train stop but just far enough away to be really quiet (the hotels right next to the station seemed so loud!). "I booked this last minute trying to find something to do with our kids for NYE. My husband saw that Old Town Alexandria had a kid friendly event and this hotel was right in the center of it. We got there earlier than our check-in time and thankfully our room was ready, so we got settled in pretty quickly. We took the trolley back and forth from the hotel and did a lot of walking too.
