"Room was nice and well equipped. Bathroom was large but the shower walls were a bit leaky which caused a lot of water on bathroom floor. Good location - downtown reykjavik just a couple blocks walk. Overall, very good."

"Clean room. Kitchen ok was lacking a bit of furniture. First time seeing a kitchen this empty. Nice place. You have a grocerie nearby. The only star a deduct is how often we were woken up by the fire alarm because someome else in the appartment cooked without opening the windows. It happened 2 times in our 4 days stay. But beside that really good appartment."

"Everything was good except a fan would be helpful as the windows were not helping and one more light in kitchen would be good as well. Thanks"

"I thought this was a very comfortable and well located hotel. WiFi was great. It wasn't super fancy but it met all expectations and I found it quite cozy and pleasant. The staff was super responsive via message. Perfect score! The only thing that could be better is a little more direction on parking. This is not the property's fault. I searched for hotels that had parking included and this one came up and I failed to verify, It doesn't have parking included so that was a search engine fail, but...

"Well, it says it comes with a washer and dryer, it’s actually a singular washer dryer in the basement that you have to pay to use. Also, our unit did not have any heat. So only one space heater could be used at a time. The water apparently doesn’t use the same filtration system as other hotels, as you could smell the what they called...

"Great Location, right downtown. Easy walk to everything!"

"I never had issues with self check-ins, the admin/owner of the property replied to all the inquiries I had. The location of the place was great, and the bus stop (#13) for our tours designated pick-up was only 5 to 6mins walk. Bed was comfortable as well, and a small basic kitchen was a PLUS! Thank you for the great accomodation."
