"Staff was very unprofessional, ordered 5 drinks at the hotel bar with my family before going out for a dinner reservation, 40 mins later drinks hadn’t arrived and we were going to be late for our reservation. only one drink was made, so i cancelled the order but the staff got upset and started talking back and demanded i pay the €12 for the drink she had made out of the 5 i had asked for. very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

"The property is beautifully located, modern and luxury. The food (we had 2 rooms kids + parents with half board is really expensive more than 85 euros extras only to add dinner for 2) considering beverage is not included, even the tap water has a charge which I never seen something like that! The local restaurants are cheaper with really good options. The problem on this property is the entertainment: the gym is minuscule, no game rooms, no playrooms, no sports courts, none.- The indoor pool...
