Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and rooms were clean and well-equipped. The only negative was that housekeeping didn't clean or replace a couple of coffee mugs that we had used. Otherwise all good.

It just didn’t seem like what was shown online. I had the impression that it was like a hotel. It was not. We were only given one role of toilet paper, so we had to ask the host to bring some.
