"Great hotel in a fabulous location. The one thing that lets it down is the pool area & the reason why I wouldn’t go again. The pool is far too small for the size of hotel & is also in the shade for a lot of the day. Many sunbeds were in the shade from around 1pm. Due to the limited area some sunbeds were even under the canopy of the building.
The hotel also clearly prioritises weddings - we were asked to vacate our sunbeds & move away from the pool area at 3.45pm to make way for a wedding party...

"Lovely spacious room with everything you needed ( I did have to request a fridge which i thought was a bit odd being Spain but they gave me one the next day !)
Amazing swimming pool the largest I've seen in a hotel and not full of kids (probably because quite deep). Very friendly & helpful staff.
Tram and lovely quiet beach nearby
So very good value for money for Spain in August"

Location of hotel is great for sea lovers. Kilometers long white sand beach(superclean) is just 10 min walk from hotel. Hotel provided beach towels and sun umbrella for free.
Hotel looks as brand new. Pool was exelent choice for leazy afternoon.
And the food during breakfast and dinner time was delicious!

"We booked a Grand Premium room in the Level and we were allocated room 5083. The room was fine but the view really wasn’t grand or premium. We could see a sliver of sea from a tiny balcony that had a cavern-like atmosphere. I expect it might see the dun for an hour or so each morning but we weren’t sticking around to find out.
