"Very nice and clean place"

"Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub. The weight room was very warm. The treadmill was loud and didn’t work right. The weight machine was broken by other guests and never fixed. The bike I could use but the screen was not working. It dirty in there. The outside and back doors were left open during the day and I didn’t feel safe. Any one could walk in who isn’t a guest there. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast. The wi fi was only good for 8...

"The Tv did not work. They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all."

"I mentioned twice that I was leaving 1 day early and dropped key, but was still charged for extra day. There was no shampoo when I took a shower in the refilled bottles. Then, when reported they took all the towels except one which I used for the rest of the trip as I was out early and back late. Also, the security door was non functioning. Overall, cheap, but crummy. As the only place in town, they could do better."

"Arrived and did not have towels, had to wait for laundry to be completed. Bed was essentially a cot with a beat up chair in the corner. Visible dust buildup on tops of walls. Saw many small black bugs throughout visit, then on last day saw multiple cockroaches. Front desk operated on limited hours and when they were there, did not acknowledge guests."

"It was late evening when I arrived, and I was exhausted, so it was my own fault that I did not check the room thoroughly before I brought all of my belongings in (which should not be necessary, but it is these days). But I discovered a partially used soap and opened shampoos in the bathroom, and there was were numerous hairs on my pillowcase. The room had NOT been thoroughly cleaned! To her credit, the hotel clerk did offer me another room, but because it was so late and I was so tired and had...

"The room was clean the staff was friendly"

"This place was extremely unclean. Door locks were not functional. Fixtures and furniture were broken. Plumbing and wiring was faulty. Walls, linens, and blankets were stained. Smoke detector had been removed and the while place smelled like cigarettes. Underside of mattress was stained and showed evidence of previous bedbug infestations. Definitely not up to code."
