But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place. We couldn't be happier with our choice of a hotel and I highly recommend it."

"The room was nice and spacious, the service impeccable, the gym was small but had free towels you could use and ice-cold water, which was great! The staff was so nice and you even get a free public transport voucher to use, so you can see Basel all you want!"

"客室は広く清潔で文句ないが、立地が記載されている情報と異なる。Weil am Reim 駅から徒歩25分以上かかり、車以外のアクセスにはおすすめしない。また場所がindustrial area にあり決して環境が良いわけでは無いことは理解して予約することが必要。ただしトラム停留所までは徒歩10分程度で着く。帰りはホテルの人が親切にもトラムの停留所まで車で送ってくれてサービスは良好である。"

"Das Hotel und Zimmer waren in einem Topzustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das einzige Problem war der Club auf der anderen Straßenseite. Nachts haben Jugendliche gegrölt."

The only issue I have was when others are coming late and they don’t respect people are trying to sleep (but if you are in a group and all of you are together you don’t have to worry about it) this is not a facility issue.
