"Very clean and comfy. I love staying here whenever i go to NY"

"We didn’t give us what we paid for"

"Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals....."

"Very Disappointing and Misleading Experience Beware, this is an hourly rate hotel! I booked this hotel expecting a reasonably decent stay, especially considering the price was around $250 for the night. Unfortunately, the experience was very different from what I expected. The corridors smelled strongly of urine. When I entered the room, it reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The bed was poorly made and the overall condition of the room made me uncomfortable enough that I was afraid to...

"It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host."

"This place is a scam."

""We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites Tuckahoe! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. They offer a great free breakfast and convenient free parking on-site. The free shuttle to the train station (or an easy 15-minute walk) made getting into the city hassle-free. Highly recommend!""

"Property is clean and well maintained but walls are paper thin- you can hear your neighbors convos clearly as if they are in the same room."

"Probably the worst mismatch in price, photos and overall experience vs reality. Hôtel without a proper lobby, in the weird building with nightclub that seem to work 24/7 and slamming the music that walls shake, a lot of strange people on premises and located in the middle of nowhere,"

"Everything was excellent"

"Very nice hotel! Clean and convenient. Just as an FYI it is absolutely in the hoood! Very nice hotel but this needs to be said as a cautionary."

"Great hotel reasonably priced staff is friendly suites and studio rooms are perfect size desk and lounge area are perfect. Bathrooms are great if they would just swap out the tub for a shower it would be even better."

"Staffing was excellent Room was super clean Location very convenient and safe Breakfast was good but some room for improvements"

"El personal de recepción un poco grocero"
