"We had to do the self check-in. There was a detailed video on how to do it sent to us. And even late at night, and under the rain we managed to do it. There are two suggestions though: it's necessary to add that on leaving one should take the key for the outer gate, unlock it and keep open, return the key to the box and then exit the gated community through the gate (just slam is shut behind you). "This hotel is absolutely a dream destination, in every way. The staff is totally there for you at every minute. We spent our last 2 days there, after a three week holiday in Italy.
