"This hotel is gorgeous. A luxury hotel at a reasonable price. Absolutely incredible. I deeply want to give more than 3 stars but the food situation was just SO annoying. I stayed for 4 nights and took meals at the hotel. I had to order from the in-hotel restaurant, run up to my room, while it was prepared, and run back down to pick it up. For this pleasure, I was expected to give a tip. (You pay first so I’m not going to take the chance of not tipping and having my food tampered with.) Two...

"Very dated property, not well kept up. Breakfast was a joke. Common area furniture falling apart. Don't stay here unless there are no other alternatives for your circumstances."

"Hotel should have a breakfast menu for guests. They don't offer any simple breakfast for children. Basic menu is 24 and it was not good. Restuarant is beautiful but menu is not attractive "

"The room was clean and very well maintained, although during our 2-day stay we reported a running toilet and it was never repaired. The staff were very friendly, including front desk, housekeeping and bar. But what I could not fix was the noise of the air units and possibly engines in the parking lot outdoors. These noises never seemed to go away all through the night."

"I come here often. Really no complaints. It's a bit old but the rooms seem to be upgraded. The staff are always kind and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was locked out of my room because something was wrong with the actual lock and not my key. So, that was a little bit of a hassle but nothing to stop me from coming there next time!"
