"Our stay at the Harmony House was exactly what we needed. It is conveniently located close to local restaurants, downtown/Broadway, and Vanderbilt. Checkin/out, Communication before/during, and Parking were all quick and easy. We had plenty of space which was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Was a good rate for a 4 star hotel but will choose another location next time. We seemed like a nuisance to the front desk staff the first night. I think the staff member was more concerned about not breaking a nail while checking us in. We asked for extra towels the first night which never came. Our room smelled like mildew the first night and asked for our room to be cleaned which they did and that helped. We stayed 3 nights will visit our daughter and helping her room to a new place. "The hotel is very nice, the beds were absolutely comfortable, the employees were super nice! I loved our stay, would definitely recommend."

"The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the shower was incredible with actual water pressure (which isn't always the case in Nashville hotels), the fitness center was huge and the staff was friendly. "When I walked in to the room, there was a slight smell. Not trash. Not sewer. I didn’t think much of it even though it was quite strong. When I woke up this morning, I found one cockroach on the floor. I put it in the toilet. When I was getting dressed, I found two more dead cockroaches in the bedroom area. "No pool and a lot of foot traffic in and out of the elevators because there's a rooftop bar that is pretty popular in the city so outsiders come in and out. Besides that, the staff is amazing rooms are clean and fully stocked beds are comfy and best belive that housekeeping lady will knock on your door at 10:55am on check out day 😀"
