"We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay."

"We checked in, and checked out 10 minutes later because it was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked into the room, there were flies everywhere and smell that genuinely made us both wretch and gag. We've never smelled anything like that before and we cannot believe that they would have considered that room to be acceptable for any guests. I wouldn't even let my dog exist in that space. When we went to reception to inform them of the situation and ask about solutions, the receptionist was...

"The rooms were clean. Porter/valet staff need more training. Front desk staff were lacklustre and there’s no follow through. Bar/restaurant staff were great. Wifi/cell service is awful at this hotel (whether you pay for the wifi or not)."

"Stayed one night this week with family. Lobby was quiet, clean and showcased some Nashville gifts that were excellent quality and a good price. Free breakfast was exceptional and delicious with plenty of seating. Enjoyed our night out in Nashville and would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is currently under renovations. Our stay was very noisy and with paint fumes. The room we stayed in was very worn and dated (frayed furniture, broken toilet paper roll holder, beds not very comfortable) Looking forward to seeing the renovations completed. Now for the good: breakfast was great with made to order omelet and the staff were amazing! Shout out to the front desk clerk Cece and our shuttle driver Tony"
