"Everything was excellent. As I was checking in, something went wrong. On their computer, it was saying that payment was not received. There were 3 ladies at the desk. I don't know there names. They went into warp speed to find the problem. They solved the problem in under 5 minutes. I usually get a room on the same floor as the check-in desk. These ladies were so kind, that they gave me a room on the 5th floor at no extra charge and no incidental charge. Thank you for a great room. This hotel is highly recommended for everyone."

"staff did not seem interested in helping guest. comforter was stained rust on towel rack in bathroom smoke detector went off for no reason in our room, remote did not work in room my sister was staying in. pool did not look anything like picture on website. will not stay here ever again."

"Run down and dirty on the outside. Not too much better inside. Rooms were dirty and had bugs. Looked like the recent renovation was just slap a coat of paint and maybe some new flooring. No attention to detail. Only good thing I’ll say is that breakfast was better than I expexted"

"Public parking was close to the building and easy go navigate. Building and room were very clean. Great place to stay. "

"The location of this hotel is great. Parking is easy, but it's 16$ per day. Rooms are comfortable, AC is noisy, but besides that it's very quite. Breakfast is plenty, and very standard hotel breakfast. All in all we had a very nice stay"

"It seems like the front desk was penalizing me for booking through website and put me in the room next to the elevator when the place didn't look full at all. It was very noisy and the ice machine was broken and making big noise too."
