"My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not. "The late check in process is a nightmare for anyone over 60!!! I called the hotel in the afternoon & let them know that I would be checking in late and they said they would send me a link for a pre-arrival check list. I never received it. Then I arrived after 11 pm absolutely exhausted. I tried using My confirmation booking number & it said my booking could not be found. I then called the support phone number & it took over 25 minutes bc she get sending me codes that didn't work. ...

"Didn’t like I had to pay for valet parking when My vehicle was parked at the curb over night. I could have done that easily. Maybe it’s necessary when it’s busy but not when I was there."

I said something to the lady and said if I could stand the smell she would switch my room but I didn’t want to bother her .ITS NOT HER FAULT.. "The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."
