"I reserved this hotel for UPitt Graduation. The location close to campus was convenient. The room and bathroom were clean. What I didn’t like was being woken early on Sunday morning by a marathon and loud music right outside my hotel room window. No sound proofing means I heard everything and had no chance of going back to sleep. "

"Incredible Staff. A Special Place to say, but yet, there are tradeoffs, smaller rooms & beds, old creaky floors and thinner walls and less noise sealing on doors. Parking seemed limited without much of a back-up option. Street felt dangerous to pull out onto with sight triangle blocked. There was an elevator in the main building but I don't believe the 2nd building where we stayed had one. I don't know how much the elevator accesses. The site is hilly and uses gravel a fairbit. It seems like they host a fair number of events."

"I have never been so upset with Expedia. The photos online are totally different than the actual property. The front desk staff was very cordial and professional however, the cleanliness was horrific. I am very disappointed. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue going through Expedia."
