"Breakfast has different items to choose from. Unfortunately the eggs, sausage and other items on that selection bar are not hot. They are warm. They sit under an open lid that lets the heat out. I wish there was a microwave to heat the food."

"I book through Expedua but I check the apps or website of the hotel I'm interested in booking. There was NO mention/notice that the pool was down. They didn't even have it posted at the front desk. I got there late at night so I was too tired to ask about the pool. It was the middle of a heatwave 100°+!! Never of booked since they said the pool had been down for 6 weeks!! DISAPPOINTING!! I deserve and expect to be refunded for the 2 nights i had to check out early!"

"Well maintained hotel , good customer service. Breakfast Buffet was very good too. And Free parking as well (unlike some other hotels which are closer to Washington DC). Will recommend this Hampton Inn to any one travelling to the Washington DC Metro area."

"Close to the freeway and easy to find. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Parking was free. Also close to a grocery store. Enjoyed the free breakfast. The microwave and fridge in the room were very helpful to have. However, the ice machines on every floor kept breaking down, which was bad timing because we were there during an intense heat wave. The carpet in the room was dirty and even sticky in one spot. It's not a bad place to stay, but it's got flaws here and there."

"My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol"

"Great staff and clean place for any workation/staycation/vacation. The room was great - spotless, Wifi was a bit slow sometimes but i was able to work and have meetings from the room. My only disappointment was the gym - the cold water machine didnt work and there are no dumbells (but i was still able to workout and have fun, so thank you!!)"

"Washcloths wasn’t clean in the room. Only had two ice machine working. Getting off the elevator hallway had a sour smell. Bathroom was small for it to be a king room"

"Mold in AC vent, mold on bathroom ceiling. Whenever this place was " renovated" the broken kicked in front door of the room was not replaced, looks like it was just wood glued and painted over. Outside of the building in the standing area there was a family of rats the size of softballs. Room service took the dirty bath towels on day two and said they would be back later that day once they were washed to give us more. They did not come. Dirty makeup stain pillow on the bed, and what I believe...
