"Breakfast has different items to choose from. Unfortunately the eggs, sausage and other items on that selection bar are not hot. They are warm. They sit under an open lid that lets the heat out. I wish there was a microwave to heat the food."

"I book through Expedua but I check the apps or website of the hotel I'm interested in booking. There was NO mention/notice that the pool was down. They didn't even have it posted at the front desk. I got there late at night so I was too tired to ask about the pool. It was the middle of a heatwave 100°+!! Never of booked since they said the pool had been down for 6 weeks!! DISAPPOINTING!! I deserve and expect to be refunded for the 2 nights i had to check out early!"

Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol"

Outside of the building in the standing area there was a family of rats the size of softballs. Room service took the dirty bath towels on day two and said they would be back later that day once they were washed to give us more. They did not come.
