"My 1st room smelled a lot like smoke and the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. After refusing a deodorizing room spray, I was moved to another room. The mattresses in both rooms were old, lumpy and very uncomfortable. I slept on the lounge chair the entire stay. When asked for the room to be cleaned, filling the body soap dispenser was missed and I had to ask for it to be filled. When I engaged the cleaning staff for towels or the liquid soap, they were nice and responded immediately. The front desk staff were just ok, nothing impressive. "

"Very clean premises, both the lobby area and my room. They did not offer continental breakfast which was disappointing but they did offer free coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working when I needed it the most - in the morning. They have an attached restaurant but it was Indian food, which I do not eat. There was a McDonald's and Red Lobster in walking distance to the hotel. I was awakened many times throughout the night by freight trains zooming by the hotel. At first I thought they were fighter planes due to Andrews AFB being so close. I realized as I was leaving that there were train tracks were right next to the hotel. No fault of the hotel. All in all, a decent hotel, fairly priced (less than $100), very clean and pleasant front desk manager."

"Breakfasts were great , food was always fresh and staff maintained a clean environment. Room freshening/ cleaning was pretty spotty. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Only problem we experienced was a very noisy and boisterous group of high school students banging on doors, yelling and running. But after we spoke to their chaperones, this was no longer a problem."

Room although clean had a hint of cigarette smoke upon arrival that never quite left. didn’t do breakfast but told selection was limited and expensive. location of hotel isolated guests relied food delivery services. internet service complicated when in lobby awaiting uber."

"Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptional. It is a safe area but near the highway which makes it noisy all the time. However, I would stay again."

"It was a nice room there was no bad smell we enjoyed our stay although the tub water was not draining correctly when I showered but other Then that it was very clean."

"The reviews about the smell in the hotel are absolutely correct. The hallways smell horrible getting to your room and my room had a weird smell to it as well. It’s dog hair all in the carpets around the building and in the elevator as well. The double queen room is spacious and has a stove top, microwave, refrigerator and freezer but you have to bring your own utensils. And for four people it was only 2 washcloths and 4 towels which I don’t understand at all. Parking is free and infront of the building and behind it but some spots are very dark so be careful at night. The staff were pretty good that much I can say. If they fix the little things this isn’t a bad place to stay. I’d stay here again if need be."
