"Breakfast was BAD!!!"

"Refrigerator didn't work in room, stains on bedspread and rugs in room and all hallways, but most important never anyone at front desk to help."

"Staff was kind and makes up for much but as a member experiencing many properties like this it just continues to be a rough stay with this company. At this location the cleaning certainly did not seem thorough as obvious trash was found in the bathroom I’m not sure how it was missed in the first place and along with such a foul odor in the room that I went to get all kinds of sprays to make manageable. Breakfast matched what this company normally offers but it lacked here to an extra degree unfortunately and for the fact that I also had pay for it just did not help. More renovation at this location as well.. seems like there’s always renovations at these hotels associated with holiday/IHG. I recommend staying anywhere other after continuous similar issues. "

"Property was in severe disrepair, there was a disabled vehicle in the parking lot, and what looked like something illegal happening in the parking lot when we arrived. The lobby door was open, but we genuinely didn’t feel safe getting out after looping the parking lot once. We found another hotel. We requested a refund, and the agent called the hotel twice and they hung up on him. Absolutely wild."

"Absolutely disgusting. This place is a complete nightmare. I stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Lanham Washington DC and it was beyond filthy—honestly one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stepped foot in. Both rooms they gave me were nasty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I’m talking about bedbugs crawling around and trash left behind from previous guests. I even found used condoms in the room. That’s not just dirty—that’s straight-up revolting. The bed looked clean from a distance, but once you actually paid attention, it was obvious nothing had been properly sanitized. It made my skin crawl just being in there. And the worst part? The front desk guy didn’t care at all. Completely rude, dismissive, and useless. He refused to switch my room, refused to give me a refund, and wouldn’t even tell me his name like he knew he was in the wrong. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. This place is a health hazard. If you value your hygiene, your safety, or even basic human decency—do NOT stay here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone."
