"Cleaning services were spotty. Front desk is hit or miss. Stayed in 2 separate rooms. Asked front desk if we could split the room charges between 2 credit cards. Was told absolutely. On the morning of check out they placed both rooms on my card 2 hours prior to check out. They were not willing to correct. Several of the front desk people are not friendly or helpful."

"1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. "The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise."

"Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. "My room was very poorly maintained. The floors had been cleaned poorly, leaving dirt in all of the edges and corners. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. One of the metal lamps was very rusty. There were two holes in the bathroom ceiling, and rain leaked from the ceiling into the bathtub. I called the front desk and the employee said she would send a maintenance person up, but I gave up on waiting for someone after 30 or 45 minutes. "I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"I used to book this hotel all the time and never once had a pest issue except every now and then I had a wasp in the room but never an abundance of ants…The lady at the front desk tried to blame it on me leaving food out and I let it go because I knew I didn’t and I was on the 3rd floor. What made it worse was that there were no ants at all near the window, they were specifically all on a night table and the desk even got to the point I had ants landing on me and I had random ants on the bed "
