"The building and rooms are old and dirty. The staff is okay, not so friendly. Breakfast is terrible."

"There was an employee during our stay who tried to steal money from us during our check in. The safety deposit was $150. I gave the employee 2 $100 bills. She took one of the $100 bills I gave her, put it in a drawer, took a $50 bill out of the drawer and put it along with my other $100 bill into an envelope. When I asked her where my other $50 for change was, she rolled her eyes, said "whatever, I don't even care." Then took the $50 bill back out of the envelope and threw it at me. She then proceeded to write down on the envelope $100 security deposit, still leaving $50 of the money I handed her unaccounted for. Granted the lady this morning when we checked out did make the money situation right but it was the sheer audacity of Ari that really threw me in a bad mood. "

"Met our needs for short trip. First room we checked in to smelled of smoke and weed. Front desk seemed surprised and moved us to a different hallway. Next room was better but during our two day stay the main entrance and original hallway continued to smell of smoke . "

"Clean upgraded rooms. Clean renovated bathrooms. The room has soace to spread out. The TV was big. Nice full length mirror. The cons are the pillows are not comfortable, and there arent many places you can walk to. The staff was helpful when we needed it. Overall, the property is well maintained and close to a few places , like Niagra Falls, the mall, the university and the airport. I would stay here again when i come back to visit. "
