"This place is not as advertised nor do I think this is a legitimate listing. I tried to get a hold of the property manager through all methods provided when i noticed that my email i was supposed to receive to gain access to the room never came in the 24 hours before check in, like they stated would happen. yet i was confirmed booked for the room. they did now respond. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway.
