"Loved the room, was a bit cramped due to the shape but it was comfortable for our stay. My daughter loved the murphy bed instead of having to sleep on a hude a bed couch system. Loved the jetted large tub and shower! Everything was clean and nice decor. Loved the small kitchen as well. Would have stayed longer but it was a stop we made and stayed before reaching our destination. We were a late arrival but staff were very helpful and accommodating in getting us checked in and settled without any...

"Place was OK. We asked for a Water/Town view 3 times doing the process. Got a room looking at a hill with trees. Was issued a 80.00 parking ticket because I was one spot away from where I should have been. They never delineated where to park in the underground garage. They share with another lodge and I was in one of their spots i guess. We are on the hook to dispute it, when I feel the staff could have communicated this issue way better. That said it holds 150 vehicles and there was 20 in it...

"We took the soap with us (nice bottle of soap from the bathroom), not realizing it was a "spa item." They charged us $80!!!! It was just soap."
