"The room was very good. We booked the swim up suite. However, it didn’t seem like the pool was cleaned daily. Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . For what they would like to be a five star resort and the nightly prices they could up their service game."

"Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example)
The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out.

"Our overall experience was not great. Our first room was dirty , safe didn’t work no windows or AC. We upgraded at a cost to a better room which worked out much better.
Check in was poor , no information was given to us by front end staff regarding special events, no map of the resort. Most of the staff seemed to be indifferent to requests from guests. The few bright spots was Alberto in the breakfast area without him we wouldn’t have known about special dinners or events or what the breakfast...
