"My personnel at the bar was pretty rude when we still had 10 minutes to get a drink and they wouldn’t make a cocktail for us. If the bar is technically open until a certain time, everything should be available until that time and then they should clean up. Afterwards, they kicked us out and we had to have our drink not the cocktail that we wanted in the lobby."

Außerdem hat es in unserem Zimmer nach gulli gestunken. Hatten Zimmer 001 direkt neben der Tür da alles sehr hellhörig ist war auch schlafen schwierig."

"The hotel is walking distance from the over-congested, very loud core of the old city. It allows you to find quiet when you want it, but it’s close enough to the core that it can be easily walked by most people. We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. There are a few nice cafes and breakfast spots nearby."

"Really nice hotel beautifully presented. Nice tidy rooms and really comfy bed. Took us around 15 mums to get here from the airport in taxi. Beautiful surroundings with water ways either side of the hotel. Seemed like a shoet stroll to the city centre"

"The reception / hang out room on ground floor was great..staff VERY helpful.Free map of the city and extra plus. ...Unfortunetly I did not find out about the restaurant on the top floor until the last night. Were there other amenities I missed? A notice at check in would have been helpful. Also an explanation of how things work...elevator/room card /room lights with room card /shower controls...(some of us come from sophisticated countries)."

"The hotel offers a large parking lot with free parking. This was a huge plus! Very convenient. The room was rather spacious and especially the bathroom amenities were exceptionally good. It smells rather musty when you enter the room for the first time, but it’s no surprise due to the age of the building. Sound-proofing of the building could be better. But generally, the hotel is well-maintained and offers a high standard."

"Thankyou to the male that let us check in 4 hours early! Overall the staffing at this hotel were super! Also helped to provide cutlery for food ordered outside the restaurant. We did feel the tea/coffee wasn't quite stocked up, no coffee sachets along side the coffee machine. The complementary bathing products weren't checked on house keeping. Shower rooms are quite slippery had to keep my flip flops on. For a spa hotel no bathrobes are giving, disappoint, as felt unfortable wearing a...

"Everything was great except for the sink in our bathroom. There was grime or mold on the right side of the sink. I noticed it when I was sitting down on the toilet."

"The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was comfortable but the location was unacceptable. We had a first floor room that opened to a courtyard where bikes were stored. Our checkout experience was also unacceptable. Despite paying ahead of time they attempted to charge us again for the room and at a different rate."
