"I gave low stars on website accuracy because after renting a room here I then find out that Panoramic Resort is actually in a hotel and Panoramic only owns some rooms in the hotel. They don’t tell you this on the website. Only after renting a room are you told that you could possibly rent one of Panoramic cars(if able) so you wouldn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount to park that the hotel collects. If you rent a car from Panoramic there is no parking fee. Would have liked to have known that...

"No AC our room on the first floor had numerous things broken the carpet was peeling the hallway looked like it was from a abandoned building the only redeeming quality was the location was nice the international market place was very good but the hotel itself was not worth the money if this hotel was not in Hawaii it would be closed down"

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket.
