"We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was excellent and really comfortable, the lobby was lovely too and location is perfect with a large shopping centre opposite. The pool was such a great bonus but unfortunately my shoes were stolen from the pool area and with no CCTV, it wasn’t possible to track down which guest stole them and the staff member at the pool tried to help but anyone can come and go from the pool (the lift and doors to pool are all unlocked) so not much they could do. "The green side view from the balcony was great, it was the best thing. I loved the apartment, except the smell on the 1 st floor corridor and in the toilet. I used Domestos in the toilet to get rid of the smell, it did not help. I also found some hairballs in the storage cupboard and on the balcony. We were told not to change the temperature of the aircon, only turn it on or off, it was freezing at night in the big room. We also had to buy supply of toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwasher soap...
