"When I arrived I was informed that my reservation was moved to “another location” I was surprised, but was told they “found a room”. How does that work- it does not seemed right. "

So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? "The front desk clerk was an angel. I arrived worn out from travel but way early for check-in. She got me an early check-in and it made my first day bearable. Instead of hanging out for hours with my luggage, I got to soak in a hot bath! I won't stay anywhere else next time."

"Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the neighboring room was extremely noisy with constant door slamming. Staff did nothing after we complained, so we could barely sleep. There was also no safe for valuables. Overall, I would not recommend staying here."

"Pretty good for what you pay for. I liked that the hotel was walking distance from both stadiums and inner harbor. Wish I would have known about the extra cost to park in the garage. Knowing the cost ahead of time, I would have taken into consideration other hotels. Staff upfront was excellent. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but Dunkin was nearby. Overall I thought it was great for what I paid for."

"By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Four police greeted my parents when they arrived. Someone clearly had used a crowbar to open my room because it couldn't shut all the way anymore. There was garbage overflowing from the trash can at the bottom of the stairs. No elevator. There was something sticky on the desk in my room.
