"Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. "

"Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

"Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m."

"The biggest complaint is the smell in the hallways. They allow pets and we can surely smell it. They charge people $70 per day to bring pets so I hope they are using that money to properly clean the carpets instead of pocketing it out of greed. The breakfast was okay. The staff saw me struggling with two heavy suitcases and a book bag and just stared at me which I thought was weird. Stay somewhere else if you want to be in walking distance to the harbor or Fells Point."

"So many things went wrong during this stay. When we arrived it was difficult to know where to park for the valet. I know the parking is 3rd party but I had to call the front desk to assist me and the valet was in the lobby and still did not come outside. I did not notice until the morning that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and I didn’t have enough towels. I called the front desk and the staff said they would notify engineering and housekeeping. After waiting an hour I called...

"Cheap yeah but definitely not worth it. No parking place was breaking down and amenities so old you’d question if you were even safe in the room. Pictures were a lie. Worst stay I’ve had "
